My global contributions, particularly as the North America Group Policy Administrator, have led to key organizational improvements and deepened my comprehension of global enterprise dynamics.My tenure as Service Desk Product Owner allowed me to spearhead initiatives that enhanced end-user experiences and play a crucial role during significant organizational transitions, such as divestitures. A highlight of that time was my significant role in revising the Major Incident Management policy, incorporating procedures for team response during wide-scale system outages across the IT ecosystem.
