Currently I function as the Field Operations Lead at Adams 12 Five Star Schools in my position as a contracted employee through Intepros Consulting. In doing so, I took on many responsibilities of the Field Team Systems Administrator. This included but was not limited to the oversight of all field operation queues, management and coordination of the limited number of contractor and college aide technicians, and support for staff both remote and on site via LogMeIn, VDI, and SCCM. Responsibility for the troubleshooting of escalated and complex problems both within and without the Adams12 administration building, overseeing the implementation, documentation, and maintenance of policies and procedures in operations, and back-up support to other teams such as Core, Fleet, and Networking, also became my forte even as the operations team supporting the entire school district fell to fewer than four members. With occasional guidance from the previous administrator and IT Leadership, I act independently to ensure efficient and timely resolution, high quality interactions with team members and end users, and exceptional service in Field Operations.I regularly assist executive and senior administrative employees within the Educational Support Center. As always, I continue to build upon my knowledge of computer systems, troubleshooting, cooperation, and technology.Necessary skills include patience in working with educators to sympathize with and solve their technical problems, independently maintaining call logging assignments and managing communications with end users, executing and completing major field engineering projects over the course of months to years, and working together with other IT professionals in a business environment to ensure the fluid operation of the entire district of over 50 schools.

As an Building Technician at Mountain Range High school, I managed nearly all of the technical issues in the building, only requiring Administrator in the case of requiring elevated permissions. As a temporary building tech, I worked in a more elevated position Adams12 at the same time in my now permanent role from via Intepros.

In this role, I functioned as an intern, learning a variety of complex IT troubleshooting and processes. I gained immediate and direct experience under the guidance of Systems Administrators to facilitate a variety of services and learned how to solve a plethora of problems within the framework of a large organization.

While at Best Buy I worked as a Customer Service Specialist in association with Geek Squad and developed a strong customer service skillset to understand and empathize with general users.
