As Director of Operations, my job revolves around the processes and people that drive our production at Maverick. I'm always looking for ways to improve so that our team can produce more cylinders in less time. Although I’m relatively new to this role, I’ve found success by diving right into challenging projects. My ultimate goal is to improve scheduling, remove defects, and organize my workspace to create a lean manufacturing facility that ensures customers are receiving the best value, products, and delivery times possible.I enjoy the challenge of coordinating our company’s departments to ensure that we have the production capacity that we need. Communication has been key in establishing objectives, needs, and an organizational structure where everyone understands their part.I’m always open to a conversation about process improvement.
