As the Director of Enrollment Development at Kairos, I lead efforts to shape and grow our student body by developing strategic enrollment initiatives and creating a dynamic, data-driven engagement system that spans the entire student lifecycle. I work closely with students, faculty, and partner organizations worldwide to ensure a seamless enrollment experience while driving institutional goals forward.In this role, I utilize my expertise in strategic planning, data analysis, and relationship management to enhance student enrollment, engagement, and retention. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize CRM systems, and develop innovative outreach programs that resonate with diverse prospective students.

As the Platform Coordinator for the Kairos Project, I played a key role in supporting theological education across multiple institutions and partners, including Sioux Falls Seminary, Evangelical Seminary, Taylor Seminary, Houston Graduate School of Theology, and the Biblical Learning Institute. My role involved overseeing admissions, fostering partnerships, and creating a collaborative environment for mentors, students, and faculty within the Kairos Network.I facilitated the growth and development of future Christian leaders by coordinating diverse educational and mentorship opportunities that aligned with the mission of the Kairos Project. Through strategic planning, relationship management, and innovative problem-solving, I contributed to the project’s goal of delivering outcome-based, theologically-informed education to a global student body.

Oak Hills Baptist Church is a part of the North American Baptist Conference and is located on the South side of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Oak Hills is currently averaging 220 adults between our two Sunday Services. In this church I serve as the Associate Pastor of Student Ministries where it is my great responsibility and joy to lead roughly 85 students and 30 staff on a weekly basis. Other responsibilities include:-Innovate and Implement new process and systems for improving community partnerships, church programs, and weekly services-Recruit, Develop, and Reproduce leaders and teams-Oversee a volunteer staff of 30 or more on a weekly basis-Write and teach leadership training and discipleship curriculum -Practice good stewardship by planning and managing ministry budgets

Grace Bible Church is a non-denominational church located about 1 hour outside the city of Chicago with roughly 500 committed members. I have been fortunate to be the Assistant Middle School Youth Director leading weekly devotions and meetings for adult volunteers, teaching and overseeing student small groups of approximately 50 students, preparing and delivering weekly sermons, and assisting the youth director in any given area of planning, outreach or office work. Other responsibilities include:-Communicate biblical truth in an inspiring fashion that helps all students become fully devoted followers of Christ-Lead weekly devotion and meetings for adult volunteers-Help Plan, Develop, and Implement all aspects of a balanced youth ministry

The Solheim Center is Moody Bible Institutes private athletic facility complete with 3 full sized basketball and tennis courts, 4 raquetball courts, a swimming pool, auxillary gym, weight and aerobics room, elevated running track and classrooms. As you can imagine, it takes quite the team to run a facility like this. I have been fortunate enough to work my way up to the Game and Desk Staff Supervisor where I oversee and train new desk reception staff and administer the appropriate teams needed to operate each home athletic event for Moody Bible Institute. Other duties include:-Manage weekly staff meetings to go over procedures and strategies-Design Solheim Desk and Athletic Game Worker Manual -Aid lifeguards, referees, athletic trainers and coaches -Enforce building policies and regulate weekly jobs around the facility

Arguably the best Bible College in the world, Moody Bible Institute has over 3,000 undergraduate students and it is my job to show each prospective student and family how great this school truly is. With a tuition paid education, enrolling and getting into MBI can be a very stressful time. It is my job to ease the stress and answer any and every question these students and families may have. Some signifacnt achievements and responsibilites include:-Represent MBI as a youth conference guest speakers at Lake Hills Baptist church in Schererville, INServe as a tour guide to prospective students-Awarded the top scholarship of the school due to most hours served representing Moody Bible as an Ambassador-Assist in office work such as addressing and mailing cards, brochures and pamphlets, entering in computer information, making phone calls to prospective students, opening and organizing mail, and organizing closets of t-shirts, banners and bags-Participate in a student panel answering questions to prospective students and parents

HyVee Grocery Stores is an employee owned Grocery store in the midwest. My jobs while working for the grocery include:-Provide excellent customer service while bagging groceries, getting shopping carts and assisting the elderly with their groceries-Serve as a cashier dealing with large amounts of money -Loading and unloading trucks in order to stock shelves with needed supplies-Build and organize food, drink and merchandise displays -Responsible for the evening dairy shifts ordering new merchandise, facilitating projects for other dairy employees, answering phone calls and communicating with other team members from different departments on necessary tasks to be completed before the end of a shift.

As Nebraska's largest winery, James Arthur Vineyards has provided me with an opportunity to gain immeasurable skills and knowledge in quite a few different facets of life. Whether it was learning a good work ethic from working sun-up to sun-down on the farm, or furthering my people skills serving breadbaskets to different tables for an evening- this job presented me with a chance to turn from a young man into a mature man. While working at JAV my main duties were as follows:-Landscape the grounds at James Arthur Vineyards Winery -Operate tractors, mowers, atv’s, trucks and trailers, skid-steer and more-Install and/or Replace sprinkler systems, posts, wires and fences-Assist in setting up and tearing down all hoses and machines used during crushing season, cleaning bins and tanks, and bottling, labeling and delivering wine -Create bread and chocolate baskets, clean dishes, and serve tables
