The BDC incorporates several aspects of the dealership. This includes internet leads, incoming sales calls, training, and CRM management. I took this position because I saw a great opportunity, but unfortunately budget costs led to my dismissal shortly after starting.

My responsibilities include the contact and help all existing customers to try and work with them to retain their business. With the leases I facilitate their inspection, turn in, and re-lease. I also help to maintain the website and administer many of the processes that we use with our CRM tools.

As the Business Manager, I was responsible for the consultation of the customers in regards to finance, sales, warranties, and insurance. I work with several banks and insurance companies in order to maintain good business relations. I also help in the Sales Department when needed

At Fischer Honda, I took on many other roles than I had in Brighton. I became the dealer trade person, as well as the inventory manager. I was also the computer and CRM administrator for the dealership. I handled all of the website needs and dealt with all of the internet lead providers.

Responsibilities included overseeing the production and follow-up of the salespeople in my department. In addition, I was in charge of finding and dealing with all of the lead sources, as well as updating the dealership’s website. When needed, I also helped in the finance department with getting deals approved and signing the paperwork with the customers. Other managers and salespeople also depended on me to ensure their information was correct, and that everything was operating properly in the Honda Interactive computer system.
