Responsibilities:• Proficient in SAML authentication configurations and other related Single Sign-On (SSO) setups • Manage large high profile projects• Design processes/systems and inform customers of best practices• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure customer's goals are successful• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members. To influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.• Consult on technical considerations• Proactively track and manage project health• Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team; manage project dependencies and critical path.• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.• Craft and coordinate a communication plan that will keep all project participants updated and aware of the project status.• Assist in creating detailed project plans and in managing them• Plan, monitor and manage the timely delivery of internal improvement projects from start to finish within budgeted costs.• Manage technical day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects and scopes.• Work within the Instructure agile methodology and protect our resources from unnecessary or busy work.• Minimize Instructure’s exposure and risk on projects and be prepared to back up your decisions and progress in regular reviews.• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
