Business Administration: Supply Chain Management graduate. I am always learning, and improving my knowledge and strengths in supply line infrastructure and other related disciplines in the professional world of business. How every process is connected, relying heavily on lead times, distribution and inventory control. In order to maintain optimal efficiency, as products are moved between suppliers and retailers in an attempt to guarantee that the current supply matches the needs of partners and customers is paramount for the success of any organization.Currently working as an agent in the Puget Sound Energy call center, it is my job to receive incoming calls, answer emails in order to serve customers within our service territory. Manage and implement transactions into our SAP system, (Webic). Including but not limited to, start/stop service, billing/payment assistance, scheduling electric and gas re connections, removing disconnect orders and updating accounts. Ensuring all data and transactions are accurate and complete.I am happy to be employed with Puget Sound Energy and to be in the utility industry. However, I currently remain optimistic and open to other positions/opportunities down the road.
