A SME on the duties and tasks associated with CRC squadron, group, and wing level Standardization and Evaluation program requirements. Ultimatly, ensured the squadron was compliant and capable of world-wide deplopyment.

Planned, organized and directed the Squadron's internal and external exercises, in addition to testing and evaluating the unit's $2.1M weapons system upgrad. Duties included advocacy and oversight of the Squadron's mission requirements with respect to its weapons system expectations. Serve as the Squadron's subject matter expert (SME) on sophisticated and complex weapons systems (radar, system softwar, and comms suits).

Supported planning, programming, and budgeting process for CRC and battle management functions; advised senior leadership on readiness of forces based on force status reports, training exercise and evaluation results.

Managed a staff of 66 multi-functional personnel. Ensured operational readiness of $330M Boeing E-3 Sentry, airborne early warning and control aircraft (AWACS). Managed and supervised administration of academic, simulator, flight, and ground training of employees. Monitored workforce planning and project losses.

Led a 10-man department responsible for a multifaceted Boeing E-3 flight training program and ensured legality of flight operations for 294 aircrew personnel. Provided standardized training for all employees, to include legal documentation of and procedures for flight currencies, qualifications, employee manpower distribution and governing directives/requirements.

Supervised a team of 6 employees. Oversaw Information Technology equipment and infrastructure programs, enabling day-to-day administrative operations. Accountable for an IT inventory of over 500 pieces of equipment, valued at $275K. Additional responsibilities included software license approval for government computers, coordination and troubleshooting with IT agencies to meet organization’s IT demands and developing an IT budget.

Performed equipment maintenance using theories of operation, block diagrams, schematics, logic trees, and software diagnostics. Isolates malfunctions to component level.
