- Lead industrial transfers for more than 5 aerospace costumers.- Monitor orders for more than 10 aircraft manufacturer clients through receipt to shipment and invoicing.- follow up with internal teams to ensure performance to On Time Delivery (OTD)and participate in improving by 10%.- Analyze Firm Purchase Orders (POs) from customers, in accordance to forecast and site Sales and Operation plan, confirms completeness, and communicates confirmation information to client.- Lead meetings and presentations about project planning and execution processes with program managers and executive managers.- Coordinate customer order releases and timely shipments from the plant.- Monitor and report weekly and monthly OTD performance and client metrics.- Balance and adjust production plan as appropriate to enhance on time delivery and production efficiencies, with focus on resolution of client conflicts on shared constrained equipment.- Attend meetings and build relationships with customer to support supply chain and forecasting requirements.- Maintain a safe working environment and reports potential hazards.

- Create an MRP tool to supervise the production line.- Lunch work orders for over than 40 products per week and follow up with the team leaders and the warehouseman.- Coordinate program launch activities between Engineering, Tooling, Purchasing, Maintenance, Quality, outside suppliers and Production departments.- Design work cell layouts using Lean Manufacturing concepts, ensuring Safety, Quality and Efficiency targets are met or exceeded.- Create Value Stream Map completion for all new product Launches.- Update plant layouts for WIP, Finished Goods packaging and components as required.- Participate in weekly Production Capacity plan meetings with materials scheduler and Production Supervisors, ensuring labor is in line with customer volume.
