At Lakeland Church, I led all aspects of youth ministry, preaching weekly for 6th-12th grade students and regularly for main services. I planned and coordinated youth events, retreats, fundraisers, and mission trips. I co-led family ministries, fostering a multi-generational environment. I focused on volunteer retention and recruitment, building a dedicated team to support ministry efforts. A key highlight was planning and leading a mission trip to Nairobi, Kenya, with 15 adults. As a key member of the leadership team, I contributed to the ECR decision-making process, ensuring the well-being and development of each Rancher. I collaborated with staff to maintain a safe and secure environment, prioritizing the physical and emotional safety of the teens. Additionally, I taught biblical principles to the Ranchers, helping them apply faith-based values to their daily lives as part of their healing journey.

Fulfillment of periodic multimedia needs for services and meetings during the week. Periodic support for children’s ministry and youth ministry media needs, as well as many other duties as assigned.
