Current- Lead and manage JEEViKA initiatives at the block level to ensure effective implementation of livelihood programs.- Supervise and support field teams, including Community Resource Persons (CRPs), Bank Sakhis, and other cadres.- Facilitate the formation and strengthening of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Village Organizations (VOs).- Coordinate financial inclusion activities, including credit linkages, microfinance, and SHG savings.- Monitor and evaluate block-level performance metrics, ensuring alignment with JEEViKA’s goals.- Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, financial institutions, and community members.- Prepare and present progress reports, case studies, and field observations to higher management.- Address operational challenges and provide strategic direction to ensure the success of block-level projects.
