• Perform full-cycle recruiting: source, interview, offer, negotiate and close candidates for contractual assignments• Precisely follow all steps of the hiring process including, but not limited to, ensuring completion of new-hire paperwork, conducting reference checks, background checks, and new hire orientations• Market services and candidate pool based on market trends and business needs; B2B relationship/ account management• Partner with HR Managers and Controllers/CFOs to identify top candidates, establish bill rates & salary ranges, start dates, and other incentives• Maintain proper documentation for worker's compensation reports, unemployment forms, training and certifications, I9 authorizations, and worksite evaluations • Manage payroll for talent, by verifying time approval and any disputes made by talent or client• Coach candidates and talent on “best practices” in the work place, as well as assist them with determining what career path would coincide with their goals• Develop and implement social media strategy, increasing talent and customer engagement• Work with local industries to coordinate job fairs and recruiting events. Brain storm new initiates for generating revenue beyond the staffing concept.

I started with Chick-fil-A during my first year in college. The responsibility of working while taking 12+ hours per semester taught me how to balance work life with my education. In this role as a Senior Crew Leader, I was responsible for leading teams of up to 10+ team members throughout business hours with $3000 worth of sales while also in operational positions.
