Built, mentored, and managed a diverse team of highly qualified engineers to support Intel’s advanced process roadmap for future-generation devices, by aligning suppliers’ and external players’ development activities to Intel’s needs ensuring a pipeline of innovation into Intel, and delivery of novel process solutions and product components.1) Drove internal collaboration with process and design groups to define Intel’s roadmap requirements for suppliers’ investment in future development work. This enabled suppliers to develop materials for Intel’s unique integration effort. 2) Led strategic plan development on collaborating and influencing the supply chain for future novel processes and components with long-horizon impact. Successfully negotiated and persuaded leading multinational suppliers to invest in future product development research for Intel’s use. 3) Initiated and drove a first-of-a-kind Lab-to-Fab novel patterning program, in partnership with internal stakeholders and suppliers to provide key alternatives to traditional patterning for future scaling/unique integration. Developed and implemented a new quality protocol across vendor sites worldwide.4) Delivered the world’s first functional high-numerical aperture EUV( Extreme Ultraviolet) lithography optics for Intel’s in-house R&D tool
