GlobalCross-collaborated with North America sales leadership, Business Intelligence, product, communications, creative and field marketing teams to develop internal and external assets leveraged for sales enablement, customer story projects and marketing materials. I used my deep analytical skills to harness multiple-sourced data sets (sales transactions, customer research, market research, fiscal forecasts, BI) and unearth customer stories that best showcased Dell's solution portfolio, validated product claims and brought our mission statement to life: Providing technology that drives human progress. In less than 6 months I modernized a 15 year-old customer story mining process with the goal to enable data driven strategy and holistic decision-making for the first time. I built new performance and tracking databases from scratch for North America programs. With this new emerging data I formulated + applied analytical frameworks which made it possible to generate multi-tactic performance reporting, qualitative program analysis , the capability to make program adjustments in real-time, targeted strategies that aligned with fast evolving business priorities, and most importantly to ensure high diversity and inclusion standards across the marketing mix.
