The company services asset managers, banks, insurers, and financial advisers, and provides data on over 400,000 investment products worldwide.As a Data Consultant, I am responsible for managing relationships with Australian fund managers and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of their data. This has involved regular communication and collaboration with stakeholders to identify and address any issues or concerns. With a strong attention to detail and experience in managing complex data sets, I act as the data counterpart to client projects and strategic decisions.

Lonsec is a company that equips financial advisers, fund managers and super funds with the tools, data and thought leadership to make better investment decisions. I was responsible for the day to day management of all clients including, yet not limited to, drawing up contracts, support of all of Lonsec's product and service offerings, whilst working closely with each BDM to support their sales leads.As the team was quite small for the amount of clients we had onboard, multi-tasking and organisational skills were paramount. There was also a team of six BDMs that my team had to support in regards to managing their client's accounts and following up their enquiries with multiple teams.I was also given the opportunity to help lead a project of reorganising and create a more efficient way to manage our CRM system (Salesforce). I worked closely with the in-house Salesforce developer, and the heads of each department to ensure that the new process was efficient for all parties involved.

Challenger is an ASX200 company that specialises in superannuation, annuities, retirement and is the administrator of multiple boutique fund managers.This role has a steep learning curve requiring an extensive amount of knowledge. As Fidante Partners is also part of the Challenger Limited Group, I deal with both retirement products and managed funds. This can range from simple tasks such as relaying pricing and reporting, to more complicated tasks such as educating external stakeholders about our products and what impact they may have on Centrelink benefits.My team is generally the first point of contact for advisers, brokers and investors. I communicate with both external investors and advisers on a day to day basis educating and managing the relationships they have with our Business Development Managers. Key programs used were Salesforce and OneVue. Salesforce was used as a CRM tool which directly linked with OneVue showing all completed and pending administration tasks for all investors.

Grand Coral Australia is an import company that sells wholesale products to restaurants and grocers. I was responsible for general administrative tasks such as recording receipts and issuing invoices to clients whilst also reconciling transactions. I was the first point of contact for our clients and staff, directing calls to the relevant people. There was also moments where I was able to speak with potential suppliers and clients, opening new business opportunities. These were later followed up by the corresponding sales staff. Key programs used were Microsoft Word and Excel. These were commonly used for both tracking client data and stock.
