CurrentFounded in 1998, at Lifeline Vascular Care, we are dedicated to delivering quality vascular care to patients with a variety of chronic conditions, including those with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD). For our dialysis patient population, their access is literally their lifeline as it is the sole means by which their essential dialysis treatments are administered. We have delivered exceptional care in approximately 1.4 million patient encounters in our network of up to 80 centers. Through our relationships with nephrologists, vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists and interventional cardiologists, we create and fortify environments in which these crucial services are delivered both seamlessly and efficiently. By delivering care in this manner, patients receive proactive care, early intervention and are able to maintain a quality of life that is all too often compromised by disease.Throughout the years, we have exceeded industry standards with our clinical approach and proven to be superior in safety, quality, efficiencies and economic advantages to both our physician partners, as well as patients. Our network continues to expand service offerings through the diversification of procedure and physician specialties in both the office based and ASC settings. As of May 2020, our leadership team now includes Jeff Peo and Linda Rahm, who each have over 20+ years of ASC multi-specialty development experience, as well as Maggie Anderson, who led a significant part of DaVita’s kidney care business for many years. We are well versed in DeNovo centers, turn arounds, hospital joint ventures, and understand the value and convenience that an outpatient site of service can be to our physician partners.
