Complex problems intrigue me, and I enjoy searching for meaningful solutions, always keen to understand the root causes of problems and to develop innovative ways to address them.One of the things I cherish most is discovering new insights and exploring untapped possibilities. As a coach and as a leader, I believe that thereβs vast knowledge out there, waiting for the right questions to unlock it. Addressing systemic change and creating equitable futures is important to the work I do. Iβm committed to supporting underrepresented communities, be it creating people systems that impact representation and diversity, advocating for neurodiversity or assisting first-generation immigrants in their educational pursuits.My contributions extend to nurturing future talent. This involves advising startups, founders, and organizations playing a role in shaping products and strategies that are building and impacting the future of work. In essence, my work revolves around bridging the gaps in talent, culture, and teams, striving to move individuals and organizations towards a brighter and more inclusive future.
