Key Account Manager
Current• Responsible for the whole indirect sales division of after service department as a sales, marketing, and planning manager with consumables and parts products of printer, and also provide technical support to distributors. • Achieve the sales target, analysis, and improve the sales revenue compared to the same months last year.• Distributor aftermarket performance management.• Distributor business planning and controlling. Consulting, supporting, and monitoring sales targets achievement.• Manage relationships with dealers, external organizations, and internal stakeholders to ensure CS-beneficial business continuity. • To conceptualize ideas for specific customer service products such as packages, various marketing campaigns, price strategies, etc.• Developing copy printer after service business in a workshop and achieving target and dealer communication.• Manage sales forecast of consumables and parts, and monitor sales targets achievement. • Plan and control the inventory of consumables and parts, to make sure no slow-moving inventory and sufficient goods for the wholesale market.• Plan and hold the new product launch event, product training, and exam for technical certification.• Analysis and develop the new business plan to help the authorized dealers to grow sales, and increase the market size.
