Processes can always be improved. I believe one of the most valuable contributions an individual can make is to improve upon the processes they are taught. It not only benefits the individual, but the rest of the organization as a whole. Whether it's designing a structured and systematic way to pull valuable insights from overwhelming amounts of data, or building a pipeline to ensure that my team's products maintain a consistently high level of quality, I thrive on creating processes the enable organizations to succeed.I developed these skills, alongside a host of others, as a member of the Army National Guard working in a variety of analytical and leadership roles. My time in the military has accustomed me to working in dynamic environments where adaptability is necessary for success.
