Responsible for all aspects of the sales department. Responsibilities included but not limited to meeting monthly/quarterly objectives from the manufacturer, CSI, inventory, hiring and training sales staff, overseeing the finance dept, and working closely with VP of Sales for short and long term sales/marketing planning for the dealership.

Was apart of opening a brand new dealership for the Lincoln Brand. Was responsible for developing strategies and implementing processes for the entire sales department ranging from marketing to developing culture of the dealership. Oversaw hiring and training of sales staff including reception, valets, BDC, salespeople, finance manager, pre-owned manager, etc. Worked closely with the manufacturer to ensure all requirements for operational support were and adhered to. By the end of 2015 ranked in the top 3 in the region for new car volume.
