In 2015, I took a transformative step by launching my own company dedicated to providing OSHA training services. I began with small-scale projects, but soon my dedication and expertise gained me recognition in the field. Companies and individuals started reaching out, eager to enhance their safety culture. As a newcomer in the industry, my commitment to delivering exceptional services set me apart. I recognized how critical workplace safety is, and I was driven to help organizations foster a secure environment for their employees. This dedication paid off, and I began to attract larger projects. Just as my business was gaining momentum, the COVID-19 pandemic hit, leading to my layoff in 2020. It was a tough time filled with uncertainty, but I remained resolute, diligently refining my skills and accumulating valuable experience. My hard work garnered attention, and shortly thereafter, I was entrusted with managing a massive capital project to construct an 880,000-square-foot warehouse. Though daunting, I embraced the challenge and poured my efforts into the project, which culminated in success. This achievement led to the expansion of my company's operations and a surge in large construction projects. By early 2024, we were not only winning contracts in construction but also receiving inquiries about manufacturing safety management. This clearly demonstrated that clients had renewed their confidence in Safety Development Group, trusting us to prioritize workplace safety for their teams.
