Highly experienced and results driven senior project architect and project manager working on commercial and institutional projects where typical project scope ranged from 500 square foot remodels to a 30,000 square foot new construction to master planning commercial and residential developments and all related infrastructure. The typical construction values were in the $1 - $20 million dollar range. These projects had tight deadlines, complicated permitting procedures, strict budgets constraints and demanding clients. During my career, I established and managed my own architecture and construction business, serving both residential and commercial clients and enjoyed positions of increasing responsibility in outside architecture firms.
