Charles Lewis has an extensive coaching background with clients in sales, financial services, health care, public relations, operations, finance, marketing, technology, engineering, communications, retail, manufacturing, construction, cable television, and small business. Key areas of Charles' expertise include leadership assessment and development, executive presence, interpersonal and communication effectiveness, and team development. Through direct and supportive feedback, Charles encourages his clients in the achievement of their full potential – professionally and personally. Charles has an undergraduate degree in theater, a Master’s degree and two years of doctoral studies in communication, twenty years of corporate experience at ING, and was the 2012 President of the Georgia Coach Association – an esteemed chapter of the International Coach Federation.Charles began his career in academics before joining ING – one of the world's largest global financial service corporations. While at ING, he was Head of the ING America Life Corporate University, SVP of Human Resources, and VP of Management and Organizational Development for North America.Charles led all leadership development and succession planning for the US, Canada, and Mexico. He implemented the first global management trainee program, and supported senior management in the identification and development of high potential leaders.Charles is currently President and Chief Learning Officer at Executive Presence, Inc., a leadership development and executive coaching firm based in Atlanta, Georgia.
