Senior Enlisted Leader of Manpower, Personnel, Recruiting, and Services Directorate. Responsible for the morale and welfare of over 400 Military and Civilian personnel, spanning geographical locations across the globe. Advise the Director on all matters related to personnel, resources, operations, strategy, and foster collaboration. As a leader in the directorate, my role involves guiding and empowering other leaders by providing strategic vision, mentorship, and direction, to ensure that the team collectively achieves its goals. This leadership position extends beyond tasks; it’s about fostering growth, building cohesive teams, and driving impactful outcomes.I regularly address executive officers and senior leaders across the United States and the Department of Defense. My mission is to educate and inform decision-makers by conveying critical insights, sharing knowledge, and inspiring action. I equip leaders to address personnel and organizational challenges through effective communication, impacting over 105,000 Air National Guard members.

Serves as sole Air Enlisted legislative liaison for all National Guard issues and executes congressional strategy as defined by the Director, Air National Guard (ANG) and approved by the Chief, National Guard Bureau (CNGB). Serves as the conduit to educate and inform the legislative branch of government about the Air National Guard (ANG) and the National Guard Bureau (NGB). Acts as a principal point of contact for Members of Congress, their personal and professional staff. Coordinates with ANG subject matter experts for preparation and staffing of ANG position papers and related documentation. Performs liaison escort duties for Members of Congress, Congressional staff, and NGB officials as required. Assist with the planning and preparation of senior Air National Guard leaders for testimony before Congress. Advisor to Joint National Guard Executive Advisory Council and the Air National Guard Enlisted Force Advisory Council on legislative matters.

Managed the facility operations and resources of 58 facilities and three GSUs for the Colorado Air National Guard. Led 32 Civilian Employees in the facility operations and maintenance program. Leader of 95 enlisted members of the Civil Engineer Squadron and ensured they were trained, equipped, and available for domestic and federal operations.

Executive-level trusted agent to the Director of the Air National Guard and senior leaders. Assigned as the office superintendent supervising the enlisted force and providing support to the executive assistant of the Director, Deputy Director, and the Executive Director. Oversees general office functions to include office manning, scheduling, and process control.

Responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and implementing all applicable regulations, policies, and directives involving mobilizations, deployments in domestic or contingency situations. Performed as the Acting branch chief; supervised and mentored a team of Senior Non-Commissioned Officers. Networked with Combatant Commands to provide training opportunities for 89 Civil Engineer units while meeting strategic objectives.

Integrated Air National Guard into the DOD Planning, Programming, and Budget Execution (PPBE) System. Crafted and oversaw resource allocation for combat forces, mobility forces, and basing by analyzing and interpreting federal guidance. Managed and executed information management, served as POC for ANG Corporate schedules, and provided administrative support for the Director of the ANG, and Deputy Director of the ANG activities with the Air Force Corporate Structure

Planned and coordinated Air National Guard participation in the Civil Engineer deployment program; managed over 3200 taskings and deployed personnel to meet mission need for Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO). Managed the Crisis Action Team (CAT) in the Civil Engineer Cell as the Non-Commissioned-Officer-In-Charge; supervised CAT team members to successfully deploy CE assets for domestic response operations. Validated airlift requests and monitored branch's operational funding.

Supervised 4 full-time Engineers and 7 traditional Guardsmen as the Operations Manager and Production Controller. Ensured all 53 Civil Engineers were organized, trained, and equipped to meet the Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force and Staff Augmentation mission. A subject matter expert for the Operations Management career field for the Air National Guard. Trained personnel on operations management and facility manager duties around the Air Force and Air National Guard. Provided Staff Assisted Visits for Unit Compliance Inspection preparation to Civil Engineer Operation flights throughout the United States and deployed locations.
