I am a strategic investment management executive experienced at driving organizational transformations and delivering consistently positive results at large companies, global Fortune 500 firms, and local non-profits. Joining AIG in 2010, I was a key member of the team that evolved the nascent High Yield business from its early startup phase to maturity. Focusing on building relationships with asset management teams and key functional leaders, I rallied teams behind a unified strategy, developed foundational systems and processes, and oversaw daily business activities. From 2010 to 2015, AIG’s High Yield business grew by over 150%. I was then tasked with leading the newly formed, multi-asset Public Credit Group. As the company underwent large-scale transformations and faced global market challenges, including the Covid pandemic, I positioned the 70-person multi-national Group to consistently meet client needs while realizing significant growth.
