The Systems Engineer must be competent in Microsoft Windows 10, and Windows 11 Enterprise, including set-up and support. The SE must be able to troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, tablets, and other computer related technologies. The SE should have a good grasp of how imaging and automated software deployment works. Finally, the SE should be able to provide excellent customer service and work well with other members of the IT team.1.
