As of December 20, 2019, I re-entered the life of retirement. I appreciate the opportunity that I had to re-join the best Sheriff's Department in the world, even if only for a year. I was the Captain for the County Services Bureau. We provided law enforcement and security services to the LA County Hospitals and County government buildings.

I was assigned as the Operations Lieutenant for the Leadership and Training Division in the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

I worked on a team to study the feasibility of merging the Los Angeles County Office of Public Safety with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. The study was completed and submitted to the County CEO for consideration and adoption.

Regional Community Policing Institute - California

I was the program director for the Regional Community Policing Institute - California. Our focus was to provide relevent training in community policing and leadership to law enforcement agencies throughout the State of California
