I am a long-term technology development and management leader, with extensive experience as an entrepreneur/business owner and corporate employee. Regardless of the setting, I am known for helping organizations achieve their goals and overcome complex problems with innovative technology solutions (including software/SaaS, VoIP, or IVR).Across all my experiences, I served as a bridge between executive and development teams. More specifically, I speak the language of business to extract what leadership teams need most and translate that into technical terms that development teams use to bring products to reality. Serving in this role has enabled me to deploy numerous control and reporting systems for Severstal North America, design a SaaS solution that (for the first time) enabled multiple logistics companies to bid on air freight deliveries in real time, and reduce a large healthcare company’s call center expense by leading the Oracle integration of an IVR application.Nothing is possible without a talented and motivated technical team. With that, I pride myself on mentoring junior employees, building team member capabilities, and advancing careers. In the end, I am an inspirational leader who pushes teams to achieve what they never thought was possible.
