Participated in over $1.0 billion of equity investments in a wide range of transactions that included leverage buyouts, bankruptcy carve-outs, venture stage, corporate divestitures and public-to-private. Transaction experience includes businesses in consumer packaging, automotive manufacturing, marketing services, travel management, and telecommunications. One Equity Partners is the dedicated private equity vehicle of JPMorgan Chase & Co. with more than $10 billion of investments and capital commitments.

Executed transactions, conducted due diligence, participated in the documentation process, and monitored portfolio companies for $400 million mezzanine fund. Investments included companies in the healthcare, consumer products, and chemicals sectors. Received offer to remain as Senior Associate.

Performed valuation analyses to underwrite debt and equity offerings and other advisory services to clients in the media and telecommunications sectors. Recevived top-tier analyst ranking and third-year Analyst offer.
