Strategic Relationship Manager/Talent Acquisition Leader
Current- Support the organization’s sales and marketing initiatives by identifying prospects, leading client discovery calls, closing deals, leading panel discussions, and writing thought leadership articles
- Act as an account manager on key client engagements to ensure client satisfaction and account growth
- Manage, train, and mentor up to eight direct reports including Project Managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, and Sourcing Partners
- Manage key recruiting engagements from start to finish with a focus on large accounts
- Develop and lead the organization’s Talent Market Insights Report, a weekly article providing key human resources, talent acquisition, and economic content for both internal and external use
- Partner with internal operations and executive leadership regarding strategic hiring decisions
