Strategic Relationship Manager/Talent Acquisition Leader
Current• Support the organization’s sales and marketing initiatives by identifying prospects, leading client discovery calls, closing deals, leading panel discussions, and writing thought leadership articles• Act as an account manager on key client engagements to ensure client satisfaction and account growth• Manage, train, and mentor up to eight direct reports including Project Managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, and Sourcing Partners• Manage key recruiting engagements from start to finish with a focus on large accounts• Develop and lead the organization’s Talent Market Insights Report, a weekly article providing key human resources, talent acquisition, and economic content for both internal and external use• Partner with internal operations and executive leadership regarding strategic hiring decisions • Contribute to the development of the organization’s first formal mentorship program
