As a member of an Agile team, responsible to build and run the new Digital Return Management Solution.In-house solution enabling customer return management & refund (back-end module with API services) and reverse logistics operations (front-end app connected with WMS). Main missions : - Build the product vision - Collect user needs & Write user stories with a user centric approach - Backlog priorisation - Responsible for deployment and support strategy - Work closely with engineering team from sprint planning to release- Understand the architecture and tech stack of the product area- Assess the value of the product and impact on users - Make return data accessible for business - Benchmark last mile delivery experiences and IT solution on the market- Work closely with other decathlon projects related with last mile delivery topics (click&collect, tracking, ship from store...)

Responsible to deploy internationaly the new WMS (SAP-EWM) Warehouses deployed : 7 (Tunisia, Spain, LATAM, India...)Main missions: - Define project roadmap and milestones with stakeholders - Coordinate supply and IT actors involved during all project phases to guarantee project's deadline- Analyse existing processes for each warehouse for duplication and gather business requirements - Lead change management and training locally- Lead Go live organization on site and relay with central IT teams- Write specifications & Execute functional and technical settings in EWM (Customizing) - Manage Unitary and integration tests - Handle stabilisation phase and handover to support teams

- Leader of the opening project of the first warehouse in Colombia (3PL) : tender, pricing negocation, localization & sizing analysis, ROI, project management (IT, legal, work monitoring, training) - Supervision of 3PL warehousing operations and transport - Management, recruitment and training of the on-site team (3 teammates) responsible to follow up the day-to-day operations with our logistics partners and carriers to deliver the stores.- Responsible of the logistics Business Unit P&L- Good knowledge of upstream supply chain (international transport, customs, sales forecast...)

In charge of the local deployment of a new WMS (SAP-EWM) in the warehouse

- Management of 20-30 teammates - In charge of piloting, coordinate and control of picking and shipping operations - Responsible for the performances of the department (Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost)
