Temp admin role with an electrical engineering company that provides third party acceptance testing and power system studies, ensuring the safety of infrastructure around Southern California. Attended front of house and organized office materials at the headquarters in Pasadena. Proactively ensured daily needs were met by regularly interfacing across different departments, such as Accounting, HR, Operations, Executive Leadership, Technicians, and Remote Offices across San Diego and Quebec. Provided daily office support by maintaining inventory, processing files and shipments, and solving problems as needed, e.g. recapturing thousands worth of testing equipment lost in shipping systems, continually improving small workflow processes to save time and materials, and resolving gaps in communications.

Designed costumes for swashbuckling comedy "The Flower of Battle," which premiered at the LA Shorts International Film Festival in 2023.

When COVID-19 halted in-person events, the company that made vacation gaming event "D&D in a Castle" expanded a startup branch named "Sword & Scroll" running premium online tabletop roleplaying game experiences and provided ways for players to connect during a time of isolation. As Games Coordinator, I covered a lot of the logistics for operating online events during a period of the service's growth.

Staffed the front desk at Crunchyroll's animation studio, and served as a community-builder when the office turned remote.

I personalized the experience for groups of players before, during, and after each game. Establishing quick rapport with guests, I prepped them for the experience and served as a gentle guide during play, ensuring both safety and fun. I did whatever was necessary to run five different real-time games, both in front of and behind the scenes. In addition to hosting and operating tech during games and resetting rooms, I assisted with business social media, and also tended the reception desk to check guests in, answer questions, take payments, and aide with day-to-day logistics.

Filled in as temporary wardrobe tech for SDA's 2018 fall semester. Supervised costume crews backstage for the run of four back-to-back productions: Happy End, Street Scene, The Penelopiad, and The Sign in Sidney Brustein's Window.
