With over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, I am a Global Partner Support Team Lead at Genesys, the leader in cloud customer experience and contact center solutions. I am passionate about delivering excellent service to our partners and customers, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in our billing and reconciliation processes.
