Senior Manager, Customer Support And Remote Consulting (Csrc) Programs
CurrentThe Senior Manager, CSRC Programs will work collaboratively with the CSRC Program Director to improve existing processes, achieve higher quality, and initiate projects/programs in accordance with CSRC strategy to enhance maturation and scalability of the function. The Senior Manager, CSRC Programs will assist CSRC leadership in identifying key opportunities and gaps in CSRC processes, align necessary resources to these priorities, and work with appropriate stakeholders to ensure quality improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques are leveraged to help achieve departmental goals and objectives. Additionally, this role is responsible for crafting and managing the CSRC onboarding program, and ensuring an iterative process by which new CSRC employees are effectively onboarded and developed, thus driving the organization forward.
