Current• Direct distributed QA teams across the US, Belize, and India for OEM and digital marketing projects, aligning team goals with project objectives and organizational priorities.• Manage project budgets to meet EBITDA targets and optimize CapEx expenditures through effective resource allocation and financial oversight.• Spearhead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to build a high-performing team aligned with project goals and timelines.• Lead end-to-end project planning, from initiation and scope definition through execution and delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project milestones.• Conduct regular audits, train team members, and enforce quality protocols and documentation standards to support compliance and continuous improvement.• Facilitate interdepartmental communication to proactively identify and mitigate risks, addressing quality concerns to ensure client satisfaction and project success.• Establish and monitor QA metrics, perform risk assessments, and implement corrective actions as part of a structured quality management approach.• Maintain and optimize quality management systems, implementing process audits to identify areas for operational efficiency.• Develop and present training programs to elevate QA skills and knowledge, enabling consistency across projects.• Utilize applications like Jira, Planner, AHA, Trello, and Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive project outcomes, and provide technical guidance to align design improvements with client requirements.
