Develop new account/ industry for both: local & international.Take care of FIT booking as well as other inquiries such as: MICE, Meetings & Events.Training new member of S&M Department, (especially Corrporate Segment) about hotel's information, working procedure, hotel's system.Take in charge of qualify, develop & process new global contract as per group's policy & system.Solving problem of clients, communicate with other departments to solve the problems promptly.
