Reviews tax reports for accuracy and legal conformity, and forwards questionable tax reports for verification and completeness. Responds to routine and non-routine inquiries regarding tax records. Work involves extraction, process involving editing, reviewing and analyzing the account by viewing inquiry screens. Provides administrative support to the division via email and phone. Work also involves examining taxpayer reports and payments; preparing and processing source documents. Maintaining account analysis and record examination.
