Worked with a health company named KINNECT (http://kinnect.com.au) based inAustralia. The majority of work, basically, revolves around migrating their existingpaper-based system to the cloud and scale it up as a SaaS provider focused onproviding excellent value for customers around the country.- Migrated the application to Bootstrap from a framework-less setup- Integrated two(2) SMS services (released as gems) to be used by the application- Improved the dashboard's performance from a minute to less than a second using MongoDB- Developed a highly-complex component to calculate KPIs for respective employees- Developed several reports generator for the different functions of the business- Implemented SMS and Email templating depending on the user's preferences- Implemented handling of different events by using the Observer pattern

Worked with different teams to improve a number of existing modules for GlobeTelecom.
