Chef RoyalTee is a creative and professionally trained chef with more than 10 years of experience in the industry. The combination of an early love for the kitchen and several years of honing her skills at Food & Finance H.S (NYC) and Johnson & Wales University ('16,N.Miami) allow her the ability to create delectable menus utilizing many techniques and styles of cuisine. Experience in a number of industry kitchens in both New York and South Florida taught discipline, sense of urgency, and tested resilience. Nonetheless, her love of food surpassed the more challenging aspects of food service. It is the #ConnectionThroughCuisine that drives her passion for the hospitality industry. After having owned and operated her first catering business for nearly 3 years, she is currently re-branding to create a more intimate and mutually beneficial business model. Her newest venture, a luxurious members-only supper club and event service, will change the way we see social and networking gatherings!
