My passion for the culinary arts goes back decades and is still strong today. I take pride in creating dishes from scratch that are creative, inspired, and sourced locally and ethically. I am proud to have been featured in the Boston Herald and the Boston Globe throughout my career. In addition to creative menu design, I am also skilled in management and food cost effectiveness. I have been successful in reducing costs to below the industry average while maintaining space for creativity and fresh ingredients. I have really enjoyed getting involved with charitable and local events such as Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer and the Boston Public Market NAMA seafood event.
