Providing phone support to retirement account holders, and answer questions regarding accounts. While providing support to customers, I also maintained the expected quality in terms of providing resolutions, and overall care for the customer during their phone call to customer service.

Managing incoming orders for the Thinking Of You (TOY) program, and fulfilling these orders in a timely manner. This often included high influx of orders during various holidays. I was responsible for building and delivering these orders, which often including sourcing items for the orders from multiple locations and departments within dining services. I was also responsible for tracking and maintaining inventory levels to ensure orders were placed to replenish inventory as needed. I helped to design and provide input on new products that were offered and provided by the TOY program. In addition to managing this program, I was tasked with training my successor and new employees who were onboarded.

I was responsible for reviewing and updating all customer facing communications. This included hundreds of physical letter notifications that would be sent to Symetra customers regarding account updates and activity. I was tasked with updating all of this correspondence and ensuring it aligned with the current company information, branding, and policies, and that all letters were uniformed in format and content.
