As the Manager for Early Matters Dallas, I focus on increasing awareness of, access to, a quality of public Pre-K programs and child care centers through strategic analysis, facilitating aligned action, and mobilizing cross-sector stakeholders towards a common outcome.• Provide strategic education consulting for 100+ partner coalition focused on equitably improving 3rd grade reading and Kindergarten Readiness outcomes in Dallas County for the nearly 300,000 0-8 year-olds in Dallas County• Lead a multi-month human-centered design-thinking process between 7 districts and 3 childcare providers to create Pre-K partnership collaborations; increased partnership sites by 17 in two-year time period• Managed three team members focusing on project execution, analysis, presentation, and communication skills• Executed $200,000 DFW Pre-K marketing campaign across 16 school districts and 100+ child care centers that increased Dallas County Pre-K enrollment by 1,300 students• Created 5-year strategic plan for Richardson ISD’s Early Childhood department• Facilitated the vision, mission, and goal-setting process for a newly-formed advocacy coalition of child care center directors across North Texas• Wrote and awarded 3-year grant proposal totaling $700,000 from Texas Education Agency to expand public-private Pre-K partnerships; was one of nine organizations across the state to receive the grant
