I support a portfolio of products within the Salesforce Platform, including: AppExchange (the worlds largest business app marketplace), Mobile Platform, Lightening App Builder and Lightning Experience, as well our cross team AI-assisted App Development initiative. I currently lead an embedded team of 15 remote UX Design, Research and Strategy Consultants for a Fortune 200 company. Other freelance clients have included Belkin and Chrissy Teigen.

Making the world a better place, one bike at a time!Trek is a $1B+ outdoor brand represented in over 90 countries. We interface with our users through an e-commerce website, a mobile app, an interactive kiosk, IOT devices, and communicate internally through a POS and a B2B website. We are also working on a connected experience strategy for 100+ Trek-owned retail locations (and 1,700 stockists), and just recently kicked off a “smart cities” initiative with Ford. My responsibilities include implementing UX best practices and design frameworks for our digital teams; guiding user research, strategy, UX/UI design and usability testing; facilitating kick-off meetings for new features and initiatives; setting KPIs and prioritizing the UX roadmap; evangelizing user-centered design and ideating with other departments (ex. retail, engineering) on omnichannel experiences.

Lead UX Designer for iOS and Android applications. Key roles included creating and managing our user research program including focus groups, individual interviews, market research, competitive analysis, persona creation and usability testing. Other duties included whiteboarding and ideation sessions, information architecture, wire framing, interaction design, prototyping, and brand strategy. Our scrum team worked on a two week sprint schedule.

UX Design Immersive instructor. Duties include lecturing, organizing projects, critiquing student work, and preparing UX/UI designers for future employment. This immersive lasted 10 weeks and went Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. I also co-created a new Designing for Social Impact module with Jill DaSilva which is now part of GA's curriculum and helps students make a positive impact on their communities through applied design thinking.
