Connect Integrations

• Updated the UI and internal tooling used in actioning user requests to disconnect accounts from merchants. Greatly streamlined the workflow and reduced the need for manual input/redirection.• Implemented automatic deletion of certain partner level accounts, preventing them from becoming orphaned and unreachable. Reduced the possibility of getting into an unrecoverable state, and allowed for further expansion of account networking.

• Created a new field on the cardholder object of the Issuing API, which allows users to have granular control over the language of various product surfaces. Improves the user experience, and furthers the goal of the expansion of Issuing in the EU/UK.• Updated the Issuing transactions infrastructure to allow users to see what, if any, mobile wallet was used for a transaction. Created a detailed dashboard using Presto and internal tooling to track the usage of digital wallets over time.• Developed and linked up commands to ensure that changes to Issuing Cards and Cardholders are correctly propagated to Apple Pay and the corresponding virtual cards.

• Created new Java REST services that validate automated document indexing software and contribute to the replacement of existing manual processing services. Fully automated 21% of document processing, and partially automated a majority of document processing services. Utilized Java, Spring Boot, Jackson, and Mockito to create the services. Used WebSphere Liberty, Jenkins, and Apigee for deployment and management.• Won 2nd place out of 15 teams in the Intern Code Jam. Created a web application for The Giving Chain and presented the project for Executives at Principal. Utilized AWS technologies such as Cognito, Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
