• Prepares the monthly and annual management and financial report package to HQ in Denmark.• Lead Accounts Department on day to day finance operations including billing of invoices, payments, receipts and general ledger maintenance.• Reports directly to Finance Director/CFO.• Manages a team of 10 (AR, AP and GL) staff.• Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast.• Assist in reconciliation of balance sheets items and related parties transactions.• Monitor daily cash flow and monthly cash flow forecast.• Drive efficiency and operations of Account Department through ongoing planning, budgeting, controlling and analyzing processes. • Supervises month end closing and preparation of monthly & yearly audit schedules.• Review periodical stock take and supervises annual stock take.• Prepare and submit GST returns (monthly), ECI filing as well as Form C.• Manage local statutory compliance matters e.g. ACRA filing.• Arrange documents related to AGM (Annual General Meeting).• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors and IRAS to ensure audit/accounting and tax compliance.• Liaise with Axapta team to ensure functionality of AX2012 system.• Finalization of monthly reports in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and upload to SAP

• Full charge of preparing the subsidiaries’ monthly and annual financial statements and budget reports and completes the reporting requirements to the Parent company.• Manage detailed account analysis and company month-end closing.• Reconcile bank balances, inventories and intercompany transactions; records general ledger entries.• Advise the top level management with regards to finance, management, staffing and other services issues and procedures.• Prepare, maintain and develop the Company policies and procedures related to cash disbursement, cash advance and liquidation of cash advance.• Prepare the semi-monthly payroll and all related to, payroll tax/refund and annual tax returns.• Coordinate with external auditors (Ernst & Young) during interim audit and year-end audit of financial statements.• Responsible for compliance with tax laws and other government reporting requirements.• Supervise five employees in the Finance Department and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of this unit.

• In charge of the monthly and annual financial report package of two subsidiaries using Oracle.• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations, bank reconciliation and inventory count reconciliation.• Coordinate with the external auditors during the year-end audit and prepares the audit schedules, income tax computations and the financial statements.• Provide financial analysis to the top management.

Philippines

• Direct execution of audit engagement by conducting inquiries, examination of documents, performing various computations and documentation procedures and analytical procedures.• Reconciliation and analysis of balance and income statement accounts.• Examines bank reconciliation, check tax computation compliance, reviews journal entries and audit schedules.• Preparation of a full set of audited financial statements and income tax returns
