I live for support. Currently, I am the Senior Technical Support Specialist for eDynamic Learning, where I am responsible for resolving any complex issues our clients may run into, while also assisting in all other support-related (internal and external) issue. Well versed in many LMS', I'm able to help clients get everything ready for their students and address any issues they may be experiencing.
