Manage and track new construction, warranty work and punch listsCoordinate work efforts with vendors involved in repair and maintenance of each Facility to minimize interruption and improve efficiencyCreate Preventative Maintenance guidelines to ensure equipment is maintained and inspected properly Approve and implement all Vendor Contracts to ensure each Vendor is maintaining the Facility within the Contract scope of work and termsMonitor Vendor Compliance and report risk to client monthlyAssure the highest possible standards of building maintenance, cleanliness and optimum performance and inspect regularly the performance and condition of the interior and exterior parts of the building
