• The following responsibilities are in addition to my continued role as the SF Crew & Volunteer Coordinator:
• Integrated Volunteer, Crew, Participant and Logistics processes across all Event cities.
• Assisted in screening potential Local Sponsors for each Event city, as well assisting the Sponsorship program as a whole.
• Reviewed Crew Schedules for Crew & Volunteer Coordinators in all cities.
• Reviewed all Crew and Volunteer related communications for each Crew & Volunteer Coordinator.
• Supported development and growth of other Crew & Volunteer Coordinator team members by working with national director to seek out and assign special projects in areas of interest for all team members.

• Achieved Event goals by recruiting, planning, organizing, training, retaining and directing an efficient and effective team of 300+ Crew members.
• Management of all Crew team assignments, schedules, and protocols, including recruitment and designation of Crew Team Leaders.
• Manage all elements of Crew team development with a strong focus on participant, volunteer and staff safety.
• Develop and implement a community-wide Volunteer recruitment, retention, and training plan, including Volunteer appreciation strategies.
• Oversee the Avon Walk Internship Program, including recruiting, hiring, training and educating each intern. Program includes planning daily activities and projects for intern.
• Responsible for ensuring Volunteer plans are complete, the number of Volunteers recruited is sufficient and follow instructions as provided for the Event weekend.

Assisted the director in the management and overseeing of the Day Camp program. Worked directly with children, leading daily activities, sports, games, and trips.
