- Planned all production elements for the Chicago event (39.3 miles, 3,500 walkers, 400 support crew)- Successfully managed multiple budgets, hitting all goals for cost control- Managed all route selection and approval elements, obtained permits from multiple jurisdictions- Managed all site planning, including an Opening and Closing Ceremony, overnight.
