- Responsible for all aspects of finance, business planning, budgeting, and human resources- Implemented a robust contract and financial management system; ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements- Work with the V.P. of Production on new client and event development - Provided consulting support for an emerging Signature Event for a cycling series, the Tour de Fox, including the creation of a medical program, risk mitigation strategies, and staff training on best practices for their production team.- Managed a team launching EverWalk, a brand new 7-day, 135 mile walk from Los Angeles to San Diego. We took the client’s vision and created an event blueprint, budget, marketing and recruitment strategy, handled all permitting, vendor management and customer service for the kickoff event to this walking movement.

- Responsible for training, developing, managing and evaluating 4 Logistics Coordinators- Built, reviewed and enforced event production timelines and deadlines- Responsible for production success and on-event participant experience - Created a template for vendor purchasing based on varying participant projections including water, ice, toilets and bussing. The template created a uniform standard of service for the series, reducing the potential for staff errors as well as cutting down on unnecessary spending- Provided customized training for all staff on negotiation techniques for major contracts, specifically addressing maximizing savings opportunities and assessing risk

- Developed all city budgets and cost forecasting models for National Walk Series- Created participant driven forecasting models to more accurately predict spending- Responsible for reconciling all production spending for the National Series- Responsible for training and managing staff during production weeks- Created and planned OP3's first Logistics Team Summit, a weeklong training for 40 staff members- Created and maintained a local source of production templates, sharing best practices and improving efficiencies with a virtual team- Secured bids and negotiated all national event contracts. Personally reduced the logistics spending by over $60,000 from the previous year through negotiations and strategic cuts

American Foundation for Suicide Prevention - Out of the Darkness Overnight- Scouted major sites for the 16 mile event and created all original permitting materials for the Chicago eventCity of Hope - Walk for Hope - Managed a team that coordinated the bussing of over 10,000 walkers within a 1 hour time spanBike MS, Northern California - Waves to Wine- Pre-production training and part of a 4 person route marking team for a 250 mile route

- Planned all production elements for the Chicago event (39.3 miles, 3,500 walkers, 400 support crew)- Successfully managed multiple budgets, hitting all goals for cost control- Managed all route selection and approval elements, obtained permits from multiple jurisdictions- Managed all site planning, including an Opening and Closing Ceremony, overnight campsite and all water and aid stations- Secured bids, contracted and managed all vendors for the Chicago event- Developed emergency and contingency plans to ensure the safety of all participants and support staff. This plan and process were adopted as the national standard for the series.

- Recruited and trained over 1,000 walkers to participate in the Chicago event. Walkers must agree to a fundraising commitment of $1,800 per person. Amounted raised by average walker recruited by me exceeded $2,600. Total event raised $8.2 Million in 2006.

Eventage E-Team- Oversaw set up and production elements for events involving the US Olympic Comitttee, Allstate and the World Sports Organization Bank of America Chicago Marathon (Chicago Events Management) - Branding Assistant for all signage in 2010- Route Operations Control in 2011: Worked on a team to oversee incident response, access to supplies and volunteer support along the route
