Owner, Managing Partner & Coo
CurrentAs Managing Partner and COO, I'm thrilled to continue OP3's exceptional work with our inspiring client partners and phenomenal staff. While it's exciting to have purchased OP3, taking literal ownership is the natural progression, the clear next step at the company I'm proud to have helped build. Much of my day-to-day oversight and management is similar to my years as part of OP3's Senior Leadership--I provide guidance and support to our incredibly hard-working staff and strategize with clients to help them achieve their growth and expansion goals, all while improving OP3, pushing us onward and upward. As Vice President for nearly 10 years, I hired, trained, supervised, developed, managed, and evaluated the Production Team--responsible for the logistical development, production success, and overall on-event participant experience--for all OP3 events. I built and managed project and event budgets, acted as project manager and main client liaison, reviewed and enforced Event Production Timelines, pursued and developed new clients and business, and was responsible for all logistical and production elements of every OP3 event. I directed and oversaw the management of event production elements of all OP3 events with a strong focus on participant, Volunteer, and Staff safety, a high level of customer service to ensure great guest experiences, relentless expense control, and budget management. In addition to my management responsibilities, I was directly involved in many of the tactical activities required to meet the overall goals of the company. I served as OP3's day-to-day leader, providing guidance and support to our National Directors, Managers, Clients, and field staff.
